The mission covers 3,600 km2 with 35,000 people

The Nariokotome mission covers 3,600 square km with 35,000 people in that area, and is the first evangelization center. It is also the “Mother House” of the MCSPA throughout the world. It is the center of extensive pastoral and development activity as earth and rock dams to store rainwater; wells; the distribution of fishing nets and boats for the communities around the lake; projects for the training of women through manual activities; and comprehensive health care that includes 4 permanent dispensaries and a mobile clinic unit to serve the nomadic population in 24 different locations.

Education and nutrition is also a very important part of the mission, taking care of 7 Mother-Child Centers for children between 2 and 6 years old around the mission territory and a primary school within it.
