Kokuselei is located within the parish territory of Nariokotome Mission. Before establishing a permanent presence of the MCSPA in the area, the missionary team of Nariokotome used to visit the area and attend its inhabitants. The health programme of Nariokotome Mission covered the area and supported the nutrition of the children.

Kokuselei is located within the parish territory of Nariokotome Mission. Before establishing a permanent presence of the MCSPA in the area, the missionary team of Nariokotome used to visit the area and attend its inhabitants. The health programme of Nariokotome Mission covered the area and supported the nutrition of the children.
As from 2007, a group of women of the MCSPA established a permanent base at the foot of the Morueris Mountains. The idea was not only to attend the population in Kokuselei, but in the entire valley between Morueris and Lapur mountains. With the dispensary, the nutritional unit for children and a well as a starting point, the presence of the MCSPA could be extended to different communities of semi-nomadic herdsmen who live in the area.
